When I get home from work, I always take Jacob outside for walks. We like walking to the mailbox. Jacob loves playing with the stop sign post on our front lawn. He also likes to hear cars go by and make funny faces like the one below. As the flu season appears to be getting worse and RSV shots in a week, Jacob is finally on lockdown. He will be homebound until March. Sad, huh? It won't be as difficult as last winter, but we are lessening his interaction with people and crowds more than before. SOOOO...if you're visiting or planning on visiting, please make sure you are NOT sick and be prepared to wash your hands...A LOT! =)

He's an expert in walking and now just exploring how to 'speed walk' or in other words, RUN.

He's so curious. He picked up random leaves and branches and tried putting it in his mouth. I'm like...Kiddo!! whatcha thinkin'?!!? I like that he's exploring his environment, but it makes me really nervous.

Looking for Gracie...

Playing with grass...not a big fan of it. However, now he'll walk on it.

Told you...he's not a big fan.

This is me asking if he wants me to pick him up...hahaha...look at his face.

The pole to the stop sign that is on the corner of our lawn.

He is so adorably cute!

This is how small he is...very small compared to an average 12 mth old.

He's probably tired of me taking pictures of him every 2 seconds.

Aww...look at me...I just wanted one decent picture of us together before he pushed and shoved me away.

He so cute. I think he looks a lot like Jeremiah in this picture.

He's fast!

His first pair of stride rites...loooooove their shoes. I rate them higher than pediped, robeez, see kai run shoes, nike's, and department store shoes.

Gracie trying to squeeze herself through the bottom of the fence as we walk by the side of the house.

Jacob signing, "MORE."
