Update Part II

Jacob is one messy boy! He can have teething biscuits now because he is cutting two teeth! He gets the gooey cookie all over himself so we like to strip him down when he's done! I don't think he minds it at all. He's also very fast! He's learned how to move so quickly that we have to be careful. We have already child proof the house. I think we have a little rugrat on our hands.

My sister and her family came down to visit from Rexburg, ID. It was so nice to see them that we took advantage of it and hung out with them E-V-E-R-Y-D-A-Y! Eventhough Jacob and I were a little under the weather, we tried our best to spend every minute we could with them. This is at the swimming pool in our development. Towards the end of the week, I realized how much stress I had put Jacob through and decided to stay home. He is now just getting better.

Jacob loooooves Gracie. Gracie consoles him when he cries inconsolably! He likes to go over to her gate and cling on and make noises. The first time it happened, Gracie liked his face from chin up. He cried because it startled him, but after that incident he really doesn't mind. Gracie is pretty good. Once we tell her "no lick," she doesn't at all. Now, if we forget, she goes for it! You might notice Gracie confined in the bathroom...it's because she had a urinary tract infection and peed on the carpet. She is better now and likes being in the room, so we leave her there. When she is out, Jacob loves petting and pulling on her hair. It sounds painful, but Gracie doesn't mind at all and we always try to tell Jacob to be gentle. He doesn't get it yet, but will soon. (As soon as he knows right from wrong...the lil boy will be on timeout!) Hehehe...he's truly a handful. He laughs when we say, "NO." Not a good sign...

Eli doing the sprinkler dance in his carseat after hanging out with friends at Chuck E' Cheese. It was so much fun. I love Jo, Nay, Muner, and Sokee.

Pa, thank you so much for spending time with us! We had so much fun and the last few days were the best days we had there. The highlight of our stay was swimming at your house! We love you!

Jacob is a bundle of energy & so smart too! You and Jeremy are amazing parents!

I love the little rugrat! I can't believe how big and active he is already! Look at him standing up -- far from the wittle preemie we knew...He is such a wonderful miracle!
