Easter already??
Trying on outfits for Easter...he is outgrowing all of his church clothes...I'm glad he was able to fit into this cute sweater. The pants are already tight...I guess we better go shopping!

He was good for daddy today, but naughty for me when I changed his diaper. He kept kicking his legs!

He cries when Jeremiah takes his temperature and when I change his diaper. Here he is being comforted by his dad. Jeremiah gently touches his head and cups his feet. Jacob yawns shortly after. It's so cute!
Grandma Horn's gentle touch...
Grandma Horn couldn't sleep the other night b/c she missed Jacob so much. Today, she drove all the way from the Bay Area to see him for a few minutes before the NICU closed this evening.
Grandma is going home!
Grandma Sorensen was so sad she had to leave to go back home. Not to worry as she will be back for Thanksgiving to visit!

The cover was sewn by Grandma Sorensen. It says, "Sweet Baby, Miracle Baby." She also sewed six more covers to donate to the Dameron NICU. The nurses were so happy!

After my first bath
Jacob had his first bath today. He wasn't very happy. He cried and cried and cried. Not until he got into daddy's arms did he stop. It was a precious moment.

Jeremiah and Jacob had their first daddy and me time. Jeremiah loved kangaroo care and was able to hold Jacob for 2 hours! I was so jealous.
Grandma Sorensen's sweet touch
Jacob was sound asleep when we visited this evening. He looked so peaceful that we didn't want to wake him. Grandma Sorensen couldn't resist...she had to touch little Jacob's fingers.

Poor little guy! We'll definitely pray for protection against getting sick! But do you think he could be teething? Ella and Evan had the same symptoms, along with fever, and the doctor said that it was probably due to teething. It didn't last long at all and they're fine! I hope it's as simple as that! Get well, Jacob!
Those are teething symptoms. If he is, ask the doctor if you could give something to him to soothe. Eli is a miserable teether!
OMGoodness! he's grown soo much PA! he's one chunky baby.. soo adorable. i love the pictures, it speaks a thousand words. I'm glad you and the family are doing soo well. Tell Monica congrats for me! they grow up so fast! heheh. I need to update my blog too.. it's been a while. Miles and school is keeping me so busy i don't have time to update the blog.. hahaha. take care!
